The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is the world’s largest technical professional organization.

The research focused on a predictive model (Machine Learning) for employee retention in organizations.

At this World Symposium, approximately 80 research papers were presented by leading scientific agencies, companies, and universities, including DARPA, NASA, Microsoft, Amazon, Sony, Hitachi, and Lockheed Martin, among others.

The Analytical Models & Business Intelligence BI/SPN Software event was held in Santiago, geared towards professionals and organizations in the Cibao region interested in leveraging the latest innovations in data analytics and business intelligence. The presentation covered the capabilities of the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem and the analytical solutions developed by SPN Software, demonstrating how these tools are transforming strategic decision-making in companies.

Attendees learned about current trends in Business Intelligence, new methodologies for interpreting data, and practical demonstrations of the analytical models created by SPN.
